European Film & Screenplay Gala

All films must include English subtitles (unless the spoken language is Italian). By submitting the film, the sender agrees that:
1. EFSG may use the trailer/preview/poster of the film/stills or behind-the-scenes for promotional purposes (but not release, in any form or circumstance, the entire film).
2. Entry fees are non-refundable.
3. The sender holds all rights to the film or screenplay.
4. Submission cannot be withdrawn after the announcement of the official selection.

For the student rate, proof of student status is mandatory (e.g., copy of student ID card).

For public events, the sender must provide a DCP or, if not possible, at least a digital file in MOV or MP4 format in 2K resolution.

Projects that do not adhere to the above rules and terms may be automatically disqualified at the sole discretion of the EFSG.

Important Notice: The sender holds all rights to the film or screenplay, which means that the submitted work (i) does not violate or infringe upon any copyright, patent, privacy right, right of publicity, trademark, service mark, or any other personal or proprietary right of any person or entity, (ii) does not constitute or include defamation of any person or entity, and (iii) its representatives have paid and will fully pay all license fees, clearance fees, and other obligations of any kind, arising from or associated with the screening of the film at the Festival. Furthermore, the sender is duly authorized, on behalf of themselves and all other persons or entities holding rights or ownership interests (including, by way of example, intellectual property rights) in or related to the film, to exhibit the film at the Festival.
