We are a monthly film festival held in Eastern Europe and our main purpose is to find passionate filmmakers that thoroughly enjoy art and to make their work known across every platform.

Our judge panel is full of festival award-winning Directors, Cinematographers, Screenwriters, and Editors from Eastern Europe.

Furthermore, our festival is also a tribute to the late, great and award-winning Romanian actor, ILIE GHEORGHE.

Rules & Terms

Every single filmmaker must own all the copyrights used on their film.

If your film is in a foreign language, it should be submitted with English subtitles. However, if it does not have complex dialogue, it may be submitted without subtitles.

    It was awesome winning my first award at the Eastern Europe film festival. i was amazed at how fast they were able to review my short film. Of course, I imagine the opportunities to network would have been much greater if I were able to come in person.
