Rules & Terms

Open to all ages (entrants under 18 require parental consent).
Submissions must not exceed 15 minutes in length.
All films must credit the producer, videographers, and cast.
Subjects must provide consent to be filmed.
Dialogue and music are allowed with proper credits for musical artists.
Films should emphasize cinematography, creativity, and cultural storytelling.
