APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1- There is no theme limit for application. Applications for films produced in 2023 will be accepted. Productions before this date will not be considered.
2- Applications will only be accepted through www.filmfreeway.com. All films other than Turkish and English must have English subtitles. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
3- If the films that have applied are included in the International 3.Bornova Short Film Days selection, the film files must be sent to the e-mail address given in the acceptance letter until November 5, 2023. Materials that should be included in the film file:
*** Film in at least Full HD image quality & in .mp4 or .mov format & without subtitles / Turkish subtitles of the film in .srt format / English subtitles of the film in .srt format / High resolution poster of the film / Short subject of the film (not synopsis) / Teaser /
3 frames high resolution image from the film / Short biography of the director / High resolution photo of the director and the poster designer
4- The owners of the submitted films are deemed to have declared and committed that the works belong to them. Regarding copyright, the applicants accept that all legal and criminal responsibility belongs to them. Non-original text, image, sound, music, etc. of the movies to be sent. Any copyright issues arising from their use are the responsibility of the film owner. International Bornova Short Film Days cannot be held legally responsible for the situation. By sending the film file, International Bornova Short Film Days was allowed to show the film free of charge. International Bornova Short Film Days will be authorized to share film materials for promotional purposes in printed and digital materials, web site, social media accounts and similar platforms.
5- The owners of the submitted films shall be deemed to have given permission for the sections of maximum 30 seconds from the films to be included in the selection to be used in the videos to be prepared for promotional purposes and to be shared for promotional purposes on the website, social media accounts and similar platforms.
6- All decisions of International 3.Bornova Short Film Days regarding applications are final and binding for everyone. Candidates who complete the application will be deemed to have accepted all the conditions.
BAŞVURU KOŞULLARI
1- Başvuru için tema sınırlaması yoktur. 2023 yapımı filmlerin başvuruları kabul edilecektir. Bu tarihten önceki yapımlar değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
2- Başvurular sadece www.filmfreeway.com adresi üzerinden kabul edilecektir. Türkçe ve İngilizce dışındaki tüm filmlerin İngilizce altyazılı olması gerekmektedir. Bu şartı karşılamayan başvurular değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
3- Başvuran filmlerin Uluslararası 3.Bornova Kısa Film Günleri seçkisine alınması halinde, kabul mektubunda verilen e-posta adresine 5 Kasım 2023 tarihine kadar film dosyalarının gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. Film dosyası içerisinde yer alması gereken materyaller:
*** En az Full HD görüntü kalitesinde & .mp4 veya .mov formatında & altyazısız olarak film / .srt formatında filmin Türkçe / .srt formatında filmin İngilizce altyazısı / Filmin yüksek çözünürlüklü afişi / Filmin kısa tanıtım konusu (sinopsis değil) / Teaser / Filmden 3 kare yüksek çözünürlüklü görsel / Yönetmenin kısa biyografisi / Yönetmenin ve afiş tasarımcısının yüksek çözünürlüklü fotoğrafı
4- Gönderilen filmlerin eser sahipleri, eserlerin kendilerine ait olduğunu beyan ve taahhüt etmiş etmiş sayılırlar. Telif hakları konusunda başvuru sahipleri her türlü hukuki ve cezai sorumluluğun kendisine ait olduğunu kabul eder. Gönderilecek filmlerin özgün olmayan metin, görüntü, ses, müzik vb. kullanımlarından doğacak her türlü telif hakları ile ilgili konular film sahibinin sorumluluğundadır. Bornova Kısa Film Günleri durumdan hukuken sorumlu tutulamaz. Film dosyasının gönderilmesiyle Uluslararası Bornova Kısa Film Günleri’nin filmi ücretsiz olarak göstermesine izin verilmiştir. Uluslararası Bornova Kısa Film Günleri, basılı ve dijital malzemelerinde, web sitesi, sosyal medya hesapları ve benzeri platformlar üzerinden film materyallerinin tanıtım amacıyla paylaşması konusunda yetkilendirilmiş olacaktır.
5- Eser sahipleri seçkide yer alacak filmlerinden en fazla 30 saniyelik bölümlerin, tanıtım amaçlı hazırlanacak videolarda kullanılmasına ve web sitesi, sosyal medya hesapları ve benzeri platformlar üzerinden tanıtım amacıyla paylaşılmasına izin vermiş sayılacaklardır.
6- Uluslararası 3.Bornova Kısa Film Günleri’nin başvurular ile ilgili verdiği bütün kararlar nihaidir ve herkes için bağlayıcıdır. Başvuruyu tamamlayan adaylar, tüm koşulları kabul etmiş sayılacaklardır.
