Bay Area Cinema is a microcinema that features film and digital filmmakers. Bay Area Cinema seeks to provide family friendly films and video shorts from different genres (i.e., animation, experimental, documentary, narrative, and music videos) to share with the public during the Vallejo Art Walk. The films are followed by a Q&A session with the filmmakers and stars from the films. The next indoor film event is July 12th, 2024.

This is a free event for the public.

Bay Area Cinema seeks to provide family friendly films and video shorts from different genres (i.e., animation, experimental, documentary, narrative, and music videos). Once we receive your submission we will review your film. We will curate a show based on our best submissions. We strongly encourage underground, human rights, environmental/outdoor, and BIPOC/ethnic themed films. We require filmmakers to live in the United States. Your short, if selected, will be screened at a pop-up microcinema during the Vallejo Art Walk. This will be a free event for the public.
