PLEASE NOTE: If there are fewer than 3 films in a given category, no award will be granted in that category.

1. Submission Guidelines:

- Submissions should be related to the festival theme: animals, home animals, wild animals, or rescued animals.

- Films must be submitted with English subtitles if the language is not English.
3. Eligibility:
