Born and raised in Montreal, Elizabeth studied fine arts and obtained a BA in English Literature from McGill University. She studied art in Paris, France at the American School for Students and Artists. Elizabeth animated and designed " A Kite is a Victim "by Leonard Cohen at the National Film Board of Canada. In Toronto, she raised a family while working as an animator at Nelvana, and other studios including Walt Disney Animation Canada. Elizabeth produced award winning animated films on poems by Earl Birney and William Carlos Williams. Later Elizabeth taught First Nations in remote northern Canadian communitities. In recent years Elizabeth produced award winning animated films and half a dozen screenplays which have been accepted in many festivals. Fertility was awarded Best One Hour Drama.
