Eddie Eniel is a multiple award-winning director, producer, actor, and writer. His past two short films “Attraction Man,” and “The Perfect Husband,” to date have combined over 90 selections from film festivals all over the world. Out of those, 42 are awards and 13 nominations. Awards include the categories of Best Director, Best Producer, Best Script Writer, and Best Actor, among other categories. (See IMDb for full list).
He was born in Puerto Rico and currently works in the cities of Orlando and Miami, FL. Since he was a teenager, he has been in the performing arts. He holds a BA in Jazz and Classical Music from Florida International University. An Associate Degree in Cinematography from the Center for Cinematography, Arts, and TV (CCAT), and an MFA in Film Production from Full Sail University.
Eddie began his visual arts career in 2006 while living in NYC. He began working as an actor in commercials, movies, theater, and Off-Broadway shows. Because of his surprising success as an actor, he decided to study formal certificate courses at the New York Film Academy and TVI Actors Studio. His first work as an actor was in the films "August Rush," and "Enchanted;" and he appeared in the TV series "Lipstick Jungle."
After two years as an actor, he began working as a theater producer and, in 2008, produced his first Off-Broadway show called Metamorphosis, which was performed at the Times Square Arts Center. The show ran for one month there. In 2009 he established the company Emeth Film Productions, which worked with commercials, pilots, TV programs, and short films.
Eddie Eniel is currently the President and Producer of Eagle Focus Media. He has worked in various crew roles on more than 21 short films in 2023. After his success with his short films as a director, producer, and writer, Eddie is now in the process of producing three of his feature films.
