Director Statement

This is the first film that I have directed, at the age of 18. I'm very happy with the whole journey Doblez has had so far. As the first film I ever made I can't believe the response it's having to this day, with festivals and awards and everything. It was an extraordinary learning process and I will always have a lot of affection for the film and the crew, and of course, for the cast I worked with. Everyone gave everything they got and it was this dedication that made all the difference.
