L. Steven Stanley’s filmmaking is an extension of his fine art photography.
His first film, “Secrets From Somewhere,” premiered at the New York international film video festival and earned a top 100 award and then went on to the Cannes Film Festival. His second film “Thunderstruck” premiered at the Harvard Club in Boston and received interest from various promoters.
His current film “The Train” was shot exclusively in 35mm and is set for theatrical release only. Steven used various techniques in his film work to bring about as much warmth, feeling, and action as he can. He has developed his own unique style.
