The fifth annual Staten Island Summer of Shorts International Film Festival is presented by Historic Port Richmond Preservation Association (501c3 non-profit organization) and is held annually at the Historic Reformed Church on Staten Island’s Oscar Teale Events Building (54 Port Richmond Ave., Staten Island, NY 10302.) The festival showcases short films, screenwriters, music videos and features red carpet event with film screenings and a ‘Hollywood’ theme awards ceremony all-in-one night. Every year since its creation in 2022, has sold out. The festival is founded by filmmaker/actor Vinnie Langdon III and Historic Port Richmond Preservation Association.
