The Localization Pop-Up show houses an annual film festival open to all creatives in or outside of Huntington, West Virginia. We aim to showcase any genre of short film ranging anywhere from music videos to narrative shorts.

4. Mini Documentaries

Selected short films will be screened at the 2024 Localization Pop-Up on Saturday, November 2nd! One Best in Fest award will be given at the end of our screenings.

Awards & Prizes

Every year one stand-out short film is crowned Best of Festival across all our categories! This award comes with a shower of street-cred and riches... and some Localization swag.

Rules & Terms

All film submissions have $5 entry fee.

Appalachian filmmaker entries are encouraged!
All submissions must have a runtime of 20 minutes or less.
All submissions must be made available for download in full HD.
One Best in Fest winner will be chosen.
