In My House

A middle-aged Woman lives all by herself in a big house. She is obsessed with washing hands and always talks to someone using an old wireless phone.

This night the Woman hears some strange noises and creaking sounds. Frightened, she looks around the house but finds no one in it.

Same time old memories bother her. She used to hear mice squeaking in the house, but her Husband ignored it.

Next day, the Woman hears someone’s walking inside the house. Someone is looking for her. When a Stranger leaves, she decides to run away from the house. But it appears, that she’s locked inside her own house!

The memories about the rats keep bothering Woman. Sometimes they could even be crawling on the Husband’s face, but he kept ignoring them!

She finds a cctv installed in her own house. And the Stranger comes back. Our heroine has nothing else to do but hide inside the wardrobe.

The Strangers enters the house and approaches a laptop in the living room. He puts on a recording of the Woman that has just hidden into the wardrobe a moment ago! Terrified, Stranger calls the Police and tells them that there is a stranger woman broke into his house.

The Woman gets out from the wardrobe and throws herself at the Stranger trying to make him leave her house. The Stranger claims that this is his house, he lives in it with her wife, who is currently at the hospital, so he spends days and nights with her there. He even shows her a picture of themselves.

The picture reminds Woman how she was burning her Husband’s photos sitting on the wooden attic stairs. It led to the fire in their house. Husband was trying to save her, but his face was covered with rats, and disgusted Woman accidentally pushed him down from the stairs. Which caused Husband’s death.

Policemen arrive. Stranger tells them that Woman is probably a psycho that used to live in this very house begore she was put into Asylum.

The Woman recalls how she found a picture of her Husband and his lover in the mailbox. That was the first time she’s heard the rats squeaking.
