Daniel Pike is a screenwriter from Ontario, Canada who has dedicated his life to the craft of storytelling. From a very young age, Daniel has been inspired by the films of the 80s including the works of Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, John Hughes, and Jim Henson. Daniel has placed as a Top 5 Finalist in the StudioFest Film Competition, as well as 4th Place in the Canada Film Fest. Daniel has also placed in the Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting associated through the Motion Picture Academy of Arts and Science.
Although Screenwriting is his biggest passion, Daniel also hopes to pursue novel writing, collecting antiques, and enjoys travelling. He is a proud member of the LGBTQI community, as well as a proud Neurodivergent person living with ADHD. Daniel hopes to inspire younger writers to write stories from the heart and to never be afraid or hide who you are!
